For sale is a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport. As can be expected with a vchicle of this age it has some minor problems, so let me get those out of the way: On the roof and some small body spots the paint has peeled,some minor rust formed there. It has A/C but it is not working, I never had it fixed because I don't use it much. The passenger front window occasionally slips off track when rolling it up, easy to pop back in place. There are two small cracks in the windshield. The carpet on passenger side has a oil stain on it, and there are some small scratches in the interior cargo area. There is an electrical short in the wiring that puts a slow drain on the battery, if the vehicle is driven regularly it's not a problem; you can simply disconnect the battery if it sits for a length of time; or you can take it to a shop and let them fix it unless you want to do it yourself. Aside from these minor flaws the Jeep is great- reliable, great for winter driving, or for an off-road enthusiest the sky is the limit. For anyone who gives a crap, I really don't want to sell it, and yes I fully intended to restore it and trick it out someday. I think that about covers it, if I think of anything else I will be sure to update.
It has been well maintained, regular oil changes, transmission and dfferential fluids, etc. It runs great, for the past two years it has rarely been past 70 mph to try and conserve gas. The 4wd works excellent, used only a handful of times during winters. Mileage is mostly highway.
It has cruise control, power locks/windows, a/c, remote start/keyless entry, sunroof, some extra stereo goodies- 6 disc cd changer,amp, speakers. The tire are newer and in great shape- Nokians, windows are tinted dark, never been smoked in. It looks sharp in an all- black stealthy kind of way.
Buyer is responsible for pick-up; unless you are from a reasonably close distance- then we may be able to arrange delivery or meeting at your expense.
