This 1992 Jeep Cherokee/ Laredo 4X4 has a powerful 4.0L High Output engine with an automatic transmission. This SUV has (4) big 15LT Interco Super Swamper tires with Alloy wheels that hum when you are driving down the road and they are in great condition. The exterior of this vehicle is white in color with black molding with some fading and scrapes on the bumpers and wheel well areas. The front bumper has hitch hooks installed and on the rear bumper there is also a trailer hitch. This Jeep Cherokee has many options such as an after market AM/FM CD Dual stereo with a removal front stereo faceplate and (4) speakers, air conditioning, power steering, door locks and windows, a luggage rack and big rear cargo area. This automobile also has front bucket seats with gray cloth upholstery and floor mats. There is a small crack on the upper right hand corner of the windshield and the radio antenna is bent however it is still functional. This vehicle is sold as-is and there is no warranty.

Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: Deposit of five hundred dollars must be paid within seven days of the close of the auction. The payment must be either cashiers check or money order paid to "The Village of Carol Stream".
Winning bidder must contact seller within two business days from the close of auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If the winning bidder makes no contact within five business days, the seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or dispose of it at our discretion. A certified or cashier’s check for five hundred dollars must be sent as a deposit within seven days of the auction’s close. Under Municipal Disposal guidelines the seller is not able to offer a “Buy It Now” price. Winning bidder is required to have proper registration and proof of insurance on the vehicle before the seller will allow the vehicle to be driven away. If the vehicle is being towed or removed on a trailer, the insurance and registration requirement will be waived. Final payment and vehicle pickup are due no later than 14 days from close of the auction, unless mutually agreed upon for an extension. Payment will be accepted in the form of cashier’s check or money order. No credit cards or personal checks will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping arrangements for the vehicle. If the vehicle is not picked up within 14 days or the agreed upon time frame, the seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or dispose of it at our discretion. The vehicle is being sold in “as-is” condition. The seller offers no guarantees or warranties against any current or future mechanical problems or vehicle condition. The buyer assumes all risks for the vehicle. The seller will describe the vehicle as accurately as possible. Note: The vehicle was either privately owned and awarded to the seller after a seizure, so the seller is not able to certify the vehicle’s condition, or it was a municipal vehicle previously used by the Village of Carol Stream. If you have any questions about the vehicle, please contact the seller for further information before bidding. The seller reserves the right to cancel bids for excess negative feedback. The seller reserves the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle and are willing to pay. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay and negative feedback posted. If the reserve price is not met, the seller may contact the next highest bidder for a “Second Chance Option”.
