A 14 Day In-Transit Permit is also required for all buyers outside of Michigan. In-Transit Permit costs $10. However, as owner of Budget Motors, I have been in the car business for more than 15 years. We are a small business which concentrates on cost effective business strategies. Eventhough we are small in size, we have a great buying power and a wide source of many dealer auto auctions across the United States that are available to larger car dealers. The only difference is that our overhead cost is way lower than those big auto dealers. With this strategy, we are able to provide our valued customers quality late model vehicles at very competitive and unbeatable prices. In addition, the service that we provide in handeling the processing of the deal is fast, organized, and straight forward.

90% of our business is internet oriented and is targeted toward buyers in the USA, Canada, and worldwide. We export vehicles worldwide and have a great knowledge of shipping and exporting procedures. We handle retail and wholesale transactions on a regular basis.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. An immediate $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required for buy it now. $250 non-refundable Deposit is required within 48 hours of auction close via paypal. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. Full payment is only accepted by a casheirs check, loan check, wire transfer or cash. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Make sure, you have enought funds to cover for sales tax, registration and insurance before you place your bid.
Due to limited space, we urge you to pick up the vehicle within 15 days of auction end. If you don't pick up the vehicle within that time, Budget Motors, Inc. will not be held liable for any damage or loss if the vehicle is not picked up within 15 days. Your vehicle will be ready for pick up or shipping. All fluid levels will be checked, tire pressure, and we will make sure that the vehicle is clean from inside and outside before delivery.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. Please give us advanced notice about when the vehicle will be picked up or shipped. We need 24 hours advanced notice in order to make sure the vehicle is ready for you. We will gladly pick up the buyer from the airport or hotel.
Before placing a bid, please read the description thoroughly and view all pictures. Please call if you need specific cosmetic information and we encourage you to have it inspected.
Please remember that you are buying a used vehicle. There is always going to be some wear and tear associated with a used vehicle. Some examples of wear and tear are, but not limited to the following: door dings, stone chips, minor corrosion or rust, stars in windshield, minor scratches in exterior and interior body panels, small cigarette burns in upholstery and carptet, minor stains in upholstery and carpet. We will not be responsible for normal wear of brake pads rotors, wheel bearings, tie rods ball joints, tune up, etc... For vehicles that are over 100k miles, we will not be responsible for warning lights, check engine lights, SRS lights, etc... Please refer to the condition report and photos to get a better feeling of the condition of the vehicle. Our policy is to disclose anything beyond normal wear and tear. We try to provide full disclosure in regard to any known defects or problems that maybe associated with any vehicle you purchase. We may at times miss some. Also, remember that you may have to spend up to $500 on your vehicle to bring it up to your particular standards. We Cannot guarantee; extra keys, floor mats, owner's manuals, keyless entry code, or radio theft code.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale or if the information is submitted in error.
Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay, and negative feedback posted. Remember that you are entering a legal binding contract when you bid. Therefore, we will pursue our legal rights to inforce this contract.
