Exporting Disclosure
If you are bidding on a new vehicle, please note that new vehicles will NOT be exported out of the United States. Upon purchasing a new vehicle from Parktown Imports, Inc. you will be required to sign an Export Agreement.

Payment, Fees and Taxes
Contact is to be made within 24 hours of the end of auction. Buyer is responsible for tags, tax and titling fees and shipping costs. Full payment is to be received by Parktown Imports, Inc. within 5 days of the end of auction. All sales are subject to a $298.50 non-negotiable administrative fee. Please overnight checks and certify all mail.
Any financing not secured through Parktown Imports, Inc. must be discussed prior to purchase of vehicle. Parktown Imports, Inc. will only accept a cashiers check, certified bank check (all checks will be held until cleared before we release the title or vehicle), EFT (electronic funds transfer) through banks or cash in person. Once all payments are made, the vehicle will be released to the winning bidder.
Please arrange financing prior to bidding and make sure your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles.

Bidding On Vehicles

Bidders with a zero rating or negative feedback must first contact Parktown Imports, Inc. prior to bidding. Upon the close of the auction, the winning bidder will be notified and is required to respond within 24 hours to provide a non-refundable $1,000.00 down payment via certified funds, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express to begin processing the sale of the vehicle, unless other arrangements have been made with Parktown Imports, Inc.
Warranty Disclosure
If the vehicle in this auction is a pre-owned vehicle it is being sold "AS IS " and "WHERE IS" condition. Should the vehicle in this auction be new, the balance of the original factory warranty will apply. We do our best to photo document or include in text shortfalls that we notice.

Parktown Imports, Inc. is a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Missouri and all transactions take place in the state of Missouri and only Missouri Laws apply. The Buyer is originating the transaction in Missouri and in no other state.
We as the seller and as a licensed and bonded dealer whom reserves the right to sell vehicles in house outside of eBay at any time during the auction without notifying bidders or eBay of the sale. This includes no reserve auctions as well. If you are planning on trading a vehicle, it is to be handled as a separate transaction.
