I purchased this vehicle at an auto auction that announced the above disclosure. The above damage was merely scratches on the vehicle's frame where hold down hooks were used to secure the vehicle during transport.
The winning bidder may have the vehicle frame inspected, and should it prove to be more than superficial, affecting the safe or proper operation of the vehicle, the bidder would be excused from completing the purchase and any deposit would be promptly returned.
