If the buyer chooses a shipping company, the vehicle must be paid for IN FULL before being picked up at my house. I will work with the buyer if he/she chooses to have it shipped, meaning that I will make myself available to the delivery company at my house on the day of pickup. I take no responsibility for the vehicle once I drop it at the terminal. Any issues that arise after the drop-off are solely between the buyer and the shipping company. Please realize that it may be a matter of a few weeks between the time you win and pay for the car and actually receive it due to the logistics of transporting it to your location. Please ask questions of the shipping company when booking and understand this. Methods of payment include Cash (in person), Certified check, or postal service money order. Paypal may be used for the deposit only; the balance must be paid by one of the above methods. Please understand this and bid accordingly. Do not bid if you do not have the funds readily available. I always leave appropriate feedback and appreciate the same from my buyers. A $500 Deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer must also contact me within this time period, NO EXCEPTIONS. If the deposit is not received and no contact is made, the vehicle will be offered to the next highest bidder. NO EXCEPTIONS! I cannot stress how important this is! VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE PURCHASER WILL BEAR THE ENTIRE EXPENSE OF REPAIRING OR CORRECTING ANY DEFECTS THAT PRESENTLY EXIST OR THAT MAY OCCUR IN THE FUTURE. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
