Up for auction is this 2000 Grand Cherokee. The exterior is Patriot Blue Metallic Pearl Coat This Jeep has a 4.7 liter V8, 4 speed automatic transmission and quadradrive on demand 4 wheel drive. I have driven this Jeep over a 1,000 miles without any issues. This Jeep is also equipped with a power sunroof, sunscreen glass, dual zone climate control, AM/FM Cassette with CD Changer controls, with a factory 10 Disc CD changer. The engine runs great and the transmission shifts like it just left the factory. All the electrical circuits in this vehicle appear to be in working order. We Expect All Winning Bids to be Honored
RESPONSIBILITY: Unless stated otherwise, a $200 deposit paid via Paypal is due within 24 hours of the auctions close. Full payment for the remaining balance, including all additional charges, is due via a payment method disclosed in this auction within 10 days of auction close. If not received, payment is considered delinquent 10 days after auction close.
COMMITMENT: We are committed to completing the transaction. We hold the winning bidder accountable for his/her winning bid. Placing a bid on this auction is a legally binding obligation.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Should the winning bidder become delinquent in settling the transaction, we reserve the right to pursue payment through the use of multiple collection services.
COMPENSATION: Should the winning bidder default on completing the transaction, we reserve the alternative to assess and collect a restocking fee as compensation for fees and holding costs related to the incomplete transaction. The restocking fee will amount to $10 + 20 percent of the sale price.

Vehicles may be picked up by appointment only with at least 48 hours notice. If you can not get here during our normal hours let us know ahead of time as we MAY be able to make other arraingements. We cannot come in after we close to meet you, stay late, and we cannot leave a car outside for pickup unless you arrange with us prior to the pickup date. Remember, also, that we are in the Eastern Time zone. If you are traveling from west of Ohio, there is a 1 hour difference. Please read carefullyWe are a full service dealership which means we can issue temporary tags for out of state buyers and Regular License Plates or Plate transfers for NY residents so all your paper work can be done right here when you come to pick up your vehicle.

ABOUT OUR DESCRIPTIONS VEHICLES
Our descriptions are based on our basic inspections of the vehicle. Descriptions of cosmetic condition are based on our opinion of what we see may differ from your opinion. We review hundreds of vehicles every week and base our comments on comparison.
We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings is yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. This is a unique way of selling automobiles and if you are receptive to these conditions you will take advantage of the lower prices.
A vehicle that is described as "Mint", "Excellent", "Perfect", etc, is described that way based on similar vehicles of that age and mileage. No used car is 100% perfect, no matter how well it was cared for. Remember that small blemishes or issues may exist that we have not noted. We do not examine every car with a magnifing glass, so small dings, scratches, chips, loose trim, missing radio buttons, etc may not be noted, and we will not discount a vehicle because something like this is not noted in the description. We also may not mention a cosmetic flaw that is clearly visible in the pictures. Please look at all of the pictures carefully, as they are part of the vehicles description. We inspect the vehicles for major safety related issues. Unless otherwise noted above, the vehicle is in running, drivable condition, although we can never make any guarantees.
Concerns and/or issues may exist with this vehicle (including but not limited to tire balance, mechanical and/or cosmetic) that are not listed in the description. We make every effort to fully disclose any major mechanical issues we find with a vehicle (engine, transmission, safety), but others may still exist. Remember this is a USED vehicle and will have blemishes and or problems that are normal for the age and mileage or common on that particular vehicle. (Please keep in mind that some cars have inherent issues that may exist now or in the future with the vehicle you are purchasing, we don't build them, we just sell them!) Examples are (but not limited to) dings, scratches, etc, trim pieces that are not in original condition, and/or but not limited to features/options that do not operate. We cannot/will not guarantee systems like air conditioning. A vehicles air conditioning system may operate fine when we check the vehicle and the not when you come and pick it up. This happens if a system has a small leak that we have no way of knowing about, especially when a vehicle sits. We will not reimburse for or perform any Air Conditioning system repair on any vehicle, even if the system is listed as working and it does not when you pick up the vehicle. This also applies to power options (windows, locks, seats, heated seats, mirrors, radios, climate control, entertainment systems, etc)
Being that these are used vehicles, not all original equipment is included with the vehicle. Items including, but not limited to, Extra keys, Owners Manuals, Spare Tires (jacks, wheel tools), Remotes, CD changer magazines, and Floor mats, may not be included with the vehicle. GTS Automotive will not pay for these items if they are not there, or remove them from another vehicle. Most of these items can be purchased from a dealer or auto parts store.
Any issue either currently present or occurring in the future, whether disclosed in the listing or not, will be sole responsibility of the buyer, and GTS Automotive will NOT reimburse for any expenses incurred, or discount the purchase price! We will gladly provide estimates to perform minor repairs if you wish us to.
Please use common sense when determining if you will drive your new vehicle home. A 10 year old car with 150,000 miles, even in the best of shape, is still 10 years old and still has 150,000 miles. Many of these vehicles may have never made a long trip, or have not been driven far in awhile. We do our best to accurately disclose all issues, but we have no way of knowing if anything will fail during a trip. WE CANNOT GARUANTEE ANY CAR TO MAKE ANY TRIP, NO MATTER WHAT THE CURRENT CONDITION! No dealer can guarantee this on any vehicle whether new or used.

In New York State when you buy a used vehicle, the dealer must certify, in writing, that it is in condition and repair to render, under normal use, satisfactory and adequate service upon the public highway at the time of delivery.
