1. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for inventory tax and a documentation fee ($50). Inventory tax is calculated at .002321% of the sales price.
2. Texas residents are responsible for sales tax, inventory tax, registration/title transfer, and a documentation fee.
3. A $500.00 deposit must be made within 48 hours of auction close with the remaining balance paid within 7 days unless other arrangements are made.
4. Acceptable methods of payment for the deposit are cash in person, wire transfers, paypal, or cashier's check.

6. Before bidding, you must have funds readily available or be pre-qualified.
