Here is the cleanest original Jeep Wrangler SUVs I have had. You are looking at a museum quality survivor 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport. It is my personal vehicle and has been babied and lovingly cared for. I am the second owner and both the first owner and I have lovingly cared for it. It has been adult owned, unmodified, ALL the paint is original, it is a car that has not been hit, and is 100% correct and original except the tires and battery. When something needed to be done, no expense was spared and it was done right. As stated, it has been babied and driven in fair weather most of the time, never off road, ALWAYS garaged and stored for a number of winters. I could detect no paintwork and in addition, the toolkit and other new accessories are present. Note that this car has 61,000 original miles, runs and drives tight as new, and the tires are recent (Goodyear). This is a great example of a Jeep and museum quality survivor. The Carfax is perfect and will be given to the high bidder.
When the previous owner bought it new at Schaefer Jeep in Racine, WI, she had them install the trunk lock box, the Jeep seat covers (never been off the seats since new) and three layers of floor mats in addition to the front bra. She moved to Florida for work and then came back to the area and that is when I bought the jeep. She was very sad to see it go. I will probably be just as sad as it has been a great vehicle. When I purchased it, I replaced the radiator with a brand new OEM Chrysler one as the old one was just starting to leak. This is one of the few trouble spots on all jeeps. It is smooth shifting and riding up to 80 MPH and is as tight as a new one. You will not find a better taken care of or newer jeep of this vintage. It does not leak a drop and does not use any fluids.
This is the Sport with the following factory options:4.0L straight six, and 5 speed transmission. It has the cloth seats, full length console, tilt wheel, leather steering wheel, full size spare, courtesy and underhood lamps, intermittent wipers, cruise control, AM FM CD, sound and light bar, Canyon 30” wheels with Goodyear tires, factory Dana M44 RBA rear axle, sentry key deterrent system, high pressure gas charged shocks, ice cold air conditioning, bodyside steps and fog lamps. All of these options brings the total when new at $24,100. Note that the previous owner decided to give away the hardtop due to storage concerns, but this is setup with all the switches and wiring in the event you want one. We may have one in the next few weeks on consignment from another customer. It would be ashame to put a snow plow on it, but it would also make a great work truck. Given the winter we had last year, I will probably regret not doing that.
There are no interior rips or wear, and it is in my opinion the best color combination to have. In addition, it has everything that came with the car when new, and two sets of keys. I also ordered the soft doors through Besttop and that makes it much more fun in the summer as you can see in the photos. The trailer hitch was used for bikes only. The only items to report are a few small dings from acorns falling on the hood (3-4), a bit of black paint wear on the driver’s door handle (defective paint?), and a small chip in the windshield where a rock on the freeway flew up unexpectedly. This has been repaired so it wouldn’t spread.
Whether you own or have always wanted one of the most versatile and fun to drive vehicles in the world, this would make a great addition for the Jeep enthusiast that has everything, The physical condition is near new, with a few tiny chips from use and very small age marks in the paint from washing and waxing as noted in the photos. It does not detract at all from the overall beauty of this car, and hardly noticeable. This vehicle has a perfect Carfax report, the ORIGINAL owner’s manual set. We have set a VERY reasonable reserve of $8,500 on the car, and if it does not sell, I will continue to enjoy it.
Now for the fine print:
Because of its age and mileage, it is sold strictly as-is-as shown without any setaside for problems or issues. If you have not owned a Jeep before, these are not Toyota Camrys but they are close. I would jump in this vehicle and drive it to California tomorrow but there are still no guarantees.

The successful high bidder needs to contact us within 48 hours of auction end and submit a $1000 PayPal deposit within two business days of the auction ending. The balance is due by means of cashier’s check (verifiable) or wire transfer within ten (10) days of auction end. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, and any applicable title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We have also shipped vehicles outside of the USA. Please contact me if this is your intent before bidding.
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We can help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. The terms of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to any conflict of laws or provisions thereof that might indicate the applicability of laws of any other jurisdiction. The venue for all legal proceedings shall be in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

I have a hauler I have used extensively who lives in Texas that will haul these cars for 85 cents a loaded mile. That is extremely reasonable and he is a nice guy. I can provide his number upon request. Please have shipping lined up prior to bidding and best of luck in the auction.
