We are conveniently located in New Jersey only 30 minutes away from New York City. We are also accessible by local train to Newark Liberty International Airport. Please contact me if you would like make arrangements to fly in.
Condition: This Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is in GREAT condition as you can see by the photos. The tires have some wear but still have plenty of wear left. The exterior and interior are in very good condition. Previous Owner disclosed a $7,000 repair to the Rear Assembly and the Tires were blown in the accident.
Limited 90 Day / 3,000 Mile Powertrain Warranty: Bid with confidence this vehicle is being offered with a Zurich Limited 90 Day / 3,000 Mile Powertrain Warranty. There is a $50 deductible per covered repair visit This warranty also has limited coverage for Rental Car, Towing and Emergency Roadside Assistance and Trip Interruption.
What is covered: Engine: Gasoline engine: All internally lubricated parts contained within the engine block and cylinder head(s). Seals and gaskets. Plus these non-internally lubricated parts: Water pump, fuel pump, valve covers, oil pan, dipstick and tube, timing belt, timing chain/belt cover, engine mounts, flywheel, ring gear, flex plate, harmonic balancer, belt tensioner, and idler pully(s), intake and exhaust manifolds. Factory installed supercharger/turbocharger. Cylinder head, engine block and rotor housings. Diesel engine: All of the above parts. Plus diesel fuel injection pump, fuel injectors, fuel lines. Transmission: Automatic transmission: All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. Seals and gaskets. Plus these non-internally lubricated parts: Transmission mount(s). Transmission case. Transfer Case: All internally lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. Plus these non-internally lubricated parts: Electronic and vacuum engagement parts, four wheel drive automatic/semi-automatic and manually operated hub assemblies. Seals and gaskets. Transfer case housing. Drive Axle: All internally lubricated parts contained within the Front and/or Rear Drive Axle Housing. Plus the following parts: Axle shafts, axle bearings, constant velocity joints and boots, universal joints, center support bearing. Seals and gaskets. Final drive housing.
What is not covered: A. Any cost covered by warranty or otherwise covered by a manufacturer's or a repairer's guarantee. B. A mechanical breakdown caused by collision. C. A mechanical breakdown caused by insufficient coolants or lubricants. D. A mechanical breakdown due to misuse, alteration, abuse, negligence, or failure to properly maintain your vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule. E. Storage, freight and/or delivery charges incurred for procurement of replacement parts, shop supplies or hazardous waste disposal fees. By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. All vehicles are also for sale at our dealership and we reserve the right to end any auction for this reason.
Open Road BMW of Edison will make every effort to describe the vehicle accurately and to disclose any noticeable defects or imperfections. That being said, any pre-owned vehicle for sale may or may not have minor surface scratches, door dings, stone chips in the paint, etc. from normal everyday use. It should not be assumed that this Pre-Owned vehicle comes with extra keys, floor mats, tool kits, key fobs, or any other accessory that is not pictured or listed. Also, vehicles may have some extra mileage then stated due to test drives. You may call or email me for an exact mileage reading.
Shipping Information: Seller is not responsible for shipping. We do however recommend TAS for out of state shipping. Please note we are not responsible for damages occurred while shipping.
Financing Information: We offer financing for all buyers. Please contact us for any questions or to submit an application.
Payment Information: $500 deposit required within 24 hours via credit card. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees; documentation, registration and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. We accept Certified Bank Check, Cashier's Check, or Cash (in person). We don't accept Bank Drafts, such as Capital One checks.
Fee and Tax Information: New Jersey residents are required to pay (7.00 % taxes), ($349 Documentation Fee), ($113.50 car or $150 truck Temporary Plate, Tag and Registration Fees, Estimated Rates). Out-of-State residents are required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee), ($25 Temporary Registration Fee) and pay your taxes and registration fees to your state. If you are financing, you will be required to pay applicable taxes in your state and registration fees to us so we can properly register the financing lien.
Canadian Buyers: Canada residents are required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee), ($25 Temporary Registration Fee) and pay your import taxes, property taxes and registration fees to Canada. The buyer is responsible for obtaining necessary clearance for import to Canada. The US port requires the title and other ownership documents to be mailed to them 72 hours prior to export. You must allow time for ownership documents to be produced by us and then signed by you which usually takes 2-3 business days in transit time. We will then mail the ownership documents to the US port. They will then clear the car for export. The whole process takes about 5-6 business days.
Vehicle MUST be insured before delivery.
