2007 Kia Rio LX 4-door sedan. Very nice, almost new, sporty economy car. It has the 1.6 liter, fuel-injected dual overhead cam, 16 valve engine, and five speed manual overdrive transmission. EPA mpg rating is 32, but I've heard these getting upwards of 40 mpg! This is the LX model, so it is nicer than the base model, which adds AC and power steering and AM/FM stereo CD player. In addition to the driver's and passenger's front airbags, it has side seat impact and roof curtain airbags. It has a rear window defroster, tilt-wheel steering, intermittent wipers, factory carpeted floormats and a split rear folding seat for hauling long objects in the trunk, i.e. golf clubs, etc. It has brand new primax 15-inch alloy wheels, and new Kumho Ecsta 205/50R15 performance tires. It has a custom paint scheme that is blue on the front and blends back into silver on the front doors. Nothing too crazy, just something that sets it apart from all the others. Runs and drives perfectly, as a new car should. Interior is as new with no rips, worn spots or holes. There is a small scrape on the right rear quarter panel by the door opening and some light scuffs on the front and rear bumper covers (see pictures).
This vehicle was a bank repossession that I purchased at a dealer's auto auction. It had MINOR front end damage and the wheels and tires were missing. I purchased a "front clip assembly" that was blue from a local auto dismantler. All the parts that I replaced were strictly "bolt-on" and there was absolutely no frame damage and no airbag deployment. I really liked the blue color, so came up with the idea of blending it back into the silver for a custom look. The minor paint work was done professionally with a high quality catalyzed urethane clearcoat paint. The auction that I purchased it from has a policy that requires vehicles that they cannot physically drive (in this case, due to the lack of wheels and tires) be labeled as "not actual miles." There is no doubt in my mind that the miles are actual (especially with a digital odometer that is tamper-proof), but because of their policy it has to be sold as "not actual." Car has a clear Idaho title, and is NOT a salvage title. Paperwork will be required to be done at the dealership's office by buyer in person or we can provide a power of attorney for you to sign so we can do the paperwork for you.
