We reserve the right to cancel bids from users with excessive negative feedback or bid retractions. We reserve the right to notify bidders and end this auction at any time, and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure.
Bid retractions during the last 24 hours of the auction will be grounds for immediate auction cancellation and possible re-listing, at our discretion.
Bid shielding, auction interference, and any other form of harassment will not be tolerated. eBay will be immediately notified of such illegal or unethical behavior, and any legal remedies necessary may be taken to protect our interests.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

After auction ends
A $500 (non-refundable) deposit must be sent within 48 hours of auction end. Cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover). Personal checks are accepted, but we will hold a title for at least 14 business days until your check clears. If you choose to charge the whole amount to a credit card or make a Paypal payment for the entire amount we will charge you a 5% on top of your full purchase price, this allows us to continue to sell our cars at wholesale prices.
Full payment must be made within 7 days of auction end.
If you are Indiana resident you must pay any applicable sales tax, as well as any shipping or transportation costs. All residents outside of Indiana are not liable to pay sales tax, but still resposible for any shipping or transportation costs.
Each transaction is subject to a processing fee of $195.00. This fee helps to defray the title, 30-day temporary tag, mailing and related expenses we incur during the close of the sale, and allows us to continue to sell our cars at wholesale prices.
Trade-ins are accepted. Do not place your bid until you contact us and discuss your trade. If we refuse to take your trade-in you will still be liable for the entire amount of your bid.

All vehicles are sold "as-is", with no warranty from the seller, expressed or implied.
We will make every reasonable effort to describe the vehicle, and we include many photos to assist in that effort. However, it is important to remember that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. And, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become apparent under close inspection. This may include small chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, and other indications of normal wear and tear. We cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for these issues.
