DC Motors of Southern California is excited to announce the arrival of the 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera! This Awesome Raging Bull is no ordinary Lambo, with the creation the Superleggera thay have really taken the Gallardo to an unbelievable level! This perfect example is finished in most sought after Arancio Borealis, (pearl orange) and is by far the best color! The engineers worked overtime to build the lightest possible car, while maintaining strength and structural rigidity. The Superleggera is lighter than the base Gallardo by around 150lbs, resulting in a car that now weighs in right at 3000lbs, thanks to the use of carbon fiber panels for the rear diffuser, undertray, the rearview-mirror housings, the interior door panels, the central tunnel, and the engine cover. Even the wheel nuts are made of titanium instead of steel to save even more unsprung weight, and there are special carbon fiber sport seats wrapped in Alcantara to provide perfect lateral support while tossing this lightweight masterpiece through the twisties! Now for the fun part, the already amazing 5.0L V10 has been massaged up to 530hp by re-working the intake, exhaust and ECU resulting in a 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds, 0.2 seconds faster than the base Gallardo! In addition, the 6-speed E-Gear transmission that is a 10k option on the normal Gallardo is standard for the Supperleggera.
