This is a super nice 1999 Land Rover Discovery! Super clean, loaded with automatic, 4.0 liter V8, A/C, Heated Leather, Keyless remote with factory alarm, Dual Power Sunroofs, MUCH MORE! PLEASE NOTE**THIS SUV RUNS/ DRIVES EXCELLENT BUT OVERHEATS/RUNS HOT AFTER APPROX 25 MINUTES AND WILL NEED REPAIR**WE ARE SELLING AS-IS**Engine does not knock or smoke, just overheats. We do not have the time or desire to repair it, or loss is your gain. Have Title-In-Hand. This will make an excellent, inexpensive SUV for the family mechanic or do-it-yourselfer!! worth approx $7,500 when properly repaired. Great for a quick engine swap. IT IS BEING SOLD NO RESERVE!! DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO REPAIR ENGINE!! You can drive this vehicle anywhere but it WILL OVERHEAT AND RUN HOT AFTER APPROX 25 MINUTES!! Has a nice interior and exterior, Nice Paint with only a few typical scratches, it is overall way above avereage for the model year. Only other items to mention is back door handle is sticking/needs repair, radio needs code but did not sound good when it was working, it is only a cassette and most people will install an aftermarket cd unit anyway.

The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: Buyer responsible for all of their local taxes, license, and any title fees due for the state in which vehicle will be licensed and registered. Buyer responsible for all shipping fees. A modest $149 document/ad fee will apply to all auctions.
1. By placing a bid on this vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This policy is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. 2. Auto Associates reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, block bids, or end the auction early if necessary this includes any bids that may be placed at the last second using any "sniping software or program", even after the auction is over. We guarantee delivery of title to vehicle within 30 days of auction completion or we will refund full purchase price of vehicle (does not include fees or shipping if applicable) if buyer so chooses. 18. We provide 30 day temporary tags if needed. Titles are usually sent via overnight delivery immediately after payment in full is received on vehicle and buyer can then get their tags and registration to pick up vehicle or to have tags when vehicle arrives if vehicle is shipped. 19. We use Dependable Auto Shippers because they have provided the best possible service to get the vehicle shipped safely, in a timely manner, and at resonable costs to the buyer. This is based on "experience" as the "cheap" shippers promise everything and never show up to pick up the vehicle causing delays shipping the vehicle. We will assist buyer with shipping arrangements if buyer desires to use other shippers or methods. 19. Buyer responsible for any emissions or smog tests that the vehicle may or may not need to meet requirements in their respective state of residence, seller to provide state inspections when or as required. 20. Feedback is always left after receiving feedback. 21. We reserve right to cancel listing due to local listing or sale.
