In a world over-run by minivans posing as sport-utilities, the Land Rover Discovery is the real thing, the Swiss Army knife. It is the authentic 4x4. Few SUVs can venture as far off road, into the backcountry as the Discovery can go.
Discovery SE model, is Land Rover's top of the line model, features include Rover's 4.0-liter V8 . Included are a four-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission, Land Rover's permanent four-wheel drive, a sophisticated four-wheel electronic traction control system, Hill Descent Control, and a four-channel all-terrain anti-lock braking system.
This SE model is Zambezi Silver, and still shines like new. Truck comes with factory keyless entry alarm, with remote (batt.bad). Has hard to find Hi/Power Navigation System (no cd), which includes Premium Harman Kardon AM/FM/Weather Band Stereo Audio System, with 6 Disc CD/Changer. Seats Door Panels looks great. All the wood details in this truck are beautiful! Headliner is good, and both sun-roofs are electric, and work nicely.
The truck has no rust what-so-ever ! Truck has no dents, no dings, no scratches, please note small crack in front bumper cover. Alloy rims are all nice, and all four tires I rate as poor. Spare tire is really nice! All electrical works as it should. A/C is freezing! I am not going to waste anymore words to describe this truck, all you serious 4X4 Buyers out there already know the reputation, and safety record of these trucks !
The engine runs very smooth and the transmission shifts excellent. The A/C blows cold. This truck feels mechanically solid. Nice driving rig! This would make an excellent daily driver. We just recently purchased this Landrover, so we are unaware of any prior repairs. This car has clear Caif. title, free of any leins. The car can be driven home, but as always, we recommend having the car transported for longer distances. Feel free to ask any questions and please bid early and often!
This truck has spent it's whole life in Sunny Southern Calif.............NO RUST, and has a 100% sparkling clean Autocheck with absolutely "0" negative issues (can e-mail you a copy if you ask)
