This truck was sold a couple days ago to an ebayer with good feedback and didnt complete the deal for any reason!
Not sure why people waste my time but please ask any questions before bidding. This truck is one of the best i've had!
As you may already know, we at VSR specialize in Series one Discovery's.
I have sold dozens of these on and off ebay and this is the very FIRST red one. It's stunning!
I just sold a blue 1998 LE7 with 189 KM on ebay for $4600.00. You won't believe the reserve on this lower KM 1999!
The truck has a valid e-test and will only needs brake pads for a safety. Add $450.00 for the safety.
Also, the muffler although still quiet could use a change as it's rusty and missing the tip. Add $200.00 if you want replaced.
These addition costs are only if you want my shop to do the work. Those are very reasonable dealer costs I am giving you!
Very reasonable reserve. Don't email asking for it. I assure you it's fair for a 1999 in this great shape.

Truck is a non-salvaged, no story and local Ontario truck.
4.0 V8 Motor with automatic transmission complete with hi to low console shift diff. lock.
VERY, VERY smooth, powerful reliable. Simply a nice driving truck for off road, towing or all year round use.
Dual 3-way sunroof option complete with shades all in working order. Truck is a must see. Drives and runs very, very well with only 162000 well kept original KM's.
These basic V8's are bulletproof when maintainned properly as this one has!
Comes with one original key, remote and books.
Tan leather interior is in great shape. (Probably the best set of seats and interior i've seen yet) Alloys and tires are in great shape. The Michelin tires have A LOT of tread left. Like new. No modifications etc. Original condition.
This truck was obviously owned by a true enthusiast and always maintained the truck as it should.
Exterior is finished in a beautiful and rare red (Ruby red) and is in very nice shape overall. Small scuff and bump on the front driver side bumper and bush bar. Small dent on the rear corner plastic bumber. Nothing major As for rust the truck is very good. You have the rust on the inner rear door jambs AS THEY ALL DO! Very common.
Truck comes with optional factory running boards and front bush bars with the big fog lights mounted. A great touch!
This truck is very, very clean and very distinct in this lovely red colour! Don't be shy to come by and have a look drive.
Air conditioning, cruise control, ABS brakes, power steering tilt steering all in working order. Air not blowing cold.
Power windows, mirrors, steering, brakes and locks also in working order.
This truck lierally came in today (June 25 2008) and was detailled and put on ebay. It's what I do!
It will be inspected in the next day or so for a safety inspection. I know these trucks and judging by the way it drove - it won't need much!
I will report back to this auction very soon with the inspection results as I always do.
