Here is an opportunity to acquire a very rare Land Rover Discovery, I have yet to see another like it. What makes this so unique is the fact it came with every option available in 1998. I have never seen another with the chrome bumpers. Comes with the cd changer (converted to the Sony changer). Full Leather with tri tone combination. Dual climate control, dual power moon/sunroofs. Full leather jump seats never used. Hydraulic step assist underneath rear bumper, and the tow package.
Condition of the vehicle is as follows....Runs and rides smooth as silk, with only 84k the motor and transmission work in sync flawlessly. the interior has held up well, with only minor checking on the front leather seats, the rears are immaculate. Headliner isn't sagging all over the place like so many others from the era, and all the devices work as they should. The Frame has no rust underneath, and still have all the original paint still present. The differentials, transfer case, engine, and transmission show no signs of leakage whatsoever. There is a small dent on the drivers door, and along the rear passenger side sill of the tail section, these are virtually impossible to notice if not pointed out. The paint still shines like new.
I am only selling because i need to liquidate my assets so i can travel to california via motorcycle this spring. This is an amazing winter vehicle and summer vehicle. Again i have never ridden in any SUV that feels so beautifully on the road, almost feels like a Lexus ES. I hate to sell her, but new endeavours force me to. Also.......forgot to mention that i have completed the following on the rover......two new front hubs, full new brakes (including rotors, pads, calipers), u joints, oil changed every 3k, sparkplugs, airfilter, mudflaps...im sure there is more i am missing, but all parts came from Atlantic British and work was done either by myself or Sean Buffo who is huge in the New England area for suspension and transmission work on Land Rovers.
