No rust, no leaks, engine is mechanically sound and transmission shifts as smooth as it can be. It is loaded with: power windows, power locks, leather interior, cruise control, power mirrors, power moonroof, 4x4, roof rack, running boards, keyless entry, original books and manuals, and etc... everything seems to be in good working order. As the number of dead bidders increase, we would like to protect ourselves by allowing only buyers who have paypal account linked to their eBay account. Please note that if you very serious and do not have a paypal account but still want to bid - please contact us (leave us your name and contact phone number) and we will be able to approve you to bid. Payment
$500 deposit is due within 24 hour after the auction's close. Payment in full is due within 72 hours from the close of the auction. A processing fee in amount of $180 will be added to the total winning cost of the auction. This fee is not negotiable and every winner is required to pay it. This fee includes: 30 day PA temp tag, title transfer, notary, paperwork, possible overnight charges.
As a deposit we accept:
1) Credit cards: VISA and MASTERCARD.
2) Cashier's check (overnighted with tracking #)
3) Bank-to-bank wire transfer (with wire transfer confirmation from the bank)

As a full payment we accept:
1) Bank-to-bank wire transfer (with wire transfer confirmation from the bank)
2) Credit cards: VISA and MASTERCARD. (If full payment or partial payment in amount of more than $500.00 is made with VISA, or MASTERCARD - buyer is required to pay a 2% transaction fee. No transaction fees apply to the $500 deposit made by VISA or MASTERCARD.)
3) Cashier's check (overnighted with tracking #)
4) Cash in person in accordance with our 72 hour limit.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for vehicle pick-up or shipping! We do not endorse any shipping company, however "SANCREST (417)-744-2100 " has come highly recommended by our customers.
Terms of Sale
To ensure buyer's satisfaction we require all bidders to test-drive and inspect vehicles prior to bidding. To arrange an inspection - simply leave us your contact phone number and our agent will call you ASAP to arrange date and time. No inspection are allowed after the auction is over.
As a service to our customers we provide the information to purchase an independent 3-rd party inspection covering 180 points of any vehicle for only $60 per vehicle. You can call Al's performance shop @ 215-459-2335 to schedule an inspection.
All sales are final and the winner is required to pay for the vehicle and pick it up in timely manner. We will provide up to 14 days of free storage if the vehicle is payed in full in timely manner (within 3 days after the auction's close). Every person who's vehicle will be left on our premises for longer than 14 days, will incur a storage fee in amount of $50/day. All vehicles are to be sold AS-IS WHERE-IS unless otherwise stated in the description. The seller shall not be responsible for any repairs that vehicle currently needs or might need in future. Extended warranty plan is available at additional cost - please inquire prior to bidding.
