+ A deposit of $500.00 must be paid within 48 hours of the close of the auction AND IS NON REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 days.
+ Florida residents are required to pay state sales tax , title transfer fee, registration fee, and license plate fee. Dealers are required by law to collect these fees and process all of this paperwork at the DMV for the buyer. All of these fees are regulated by the state. Title transfer, registration fees and license plate fee vary by person and birthdate so we charge a flat rate and refund any difference in charges.

Florida residents are responsible for 7% sales tax, title transfer and registration fee & license plate tag fees. Non-Florida residents that are picking up a vehicle and driving through the state of Florida are required by Florida law to pay their states sales tax rate to the state of Florida. Most states allow credit for tax paid to Florida and you will not pay tax again. If you have any questions about tax credit in your state, please call or e-mail us. Non-Florida residents who are having the vehicle shipped to them will pay their states sales tax in their own state. All non-Florida buyers must pay title transfer and registration fees in their own state.
