By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale. PAYMENT INFORMATION A non refundable deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days. Cash, Wire transfer, Money Order, Certified checks or Third-party financing only accepted for full payment. All titles will be sent only after all payments are cleared. All deposits are due within 24 hours! 1) If you are a zero feedback bidder or are brand new to Ebay, you must e-mail us with your contact information before placing a bid. We also supply all of our customer with extended warranty plan for 6 months / 7500 k miles from Penn Warranty Corporation (pennwarranty.com) We will work with you to address your concerns, but we shall not be held responsible for the cost of repairs, maintenance, or transportation associated with this vehicle. We will do our best to represent any applicable manufacturer’s warranty in the listing, but make no guarantees about the terms of their coverage. INSPECTIONS It is the high bidder's responsibility to fully inspect this vehicle before purchasing it or to have inspection arranged by a third party. We can assist with inspection arrangements within a five mile radius if requested. As stated previously, only the engine and transmission have been inspected by our mechanic. Our goal is to make our vehicles safe, roadworthy, and presentable, and we will repair and maintain the vehicles as necessary to achieve this goal. TITLE TRANSFER On very rare occasion, there are slight delays in getting the title, but you have our guarantee that it will be mailed to you as soon as we get it. Please be understanding if this happens as it is out of our control and is a standard issue that dealers encounter on occasion. If the paperwork is mailed to you, we expect to get back from you within 7 days. You must provide us with the tracking number, so we could keep track on the deal. It is illegal to keep the paperwork without returning it to us. Please sign all highlighted lines. Feel free to contact us with questions if this concerns you. For Illinois customers, the title is submitted to the Secretary of State after reassignment. For out-of-state customers, the customer will be provided with the title after reassignment. Again, the title will only be provided once payment has cleared (any non-guaranteed form of payment requires up to 10 business days).
