1. This car is sold in "AS IS" condition with no warranty expressed or implied. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle
2. Please arrange your financing prior to bidding.
3. We reserve the right to end the auction at anytime, even if the reserve has been met. We reserve the right to cancel bids from members with several negative feedbacks.
4. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. However, we can assist in locating immediate freight anywhere in the US and CANADA.
5. All buyers must pay a $295 administrative fee.
6. Florida buyers must pay taxes and title transfer costs. Non Florida buyers are responsible for title transfer and taxes in their own state of residence.
7. Winning bidder must make a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover (CREDIT CARDS FOR SECURITY DEPOSITS ONLY). A $500 IMMEDIATE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR BUY IT NOW PURCHASES.( BUYERS MUST USE PAY PAL)
8. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the end of the auction. We ONLY accept cashiers checks, loan checks, or wire transfers.
9. We make our best effort to describe the vehicle in the most accurate way possible. Please ask ANY questions you have before bidding. Keep in mind that this is a pre- owned vehicle and that you may find some signs of normal wear and tear under close inspection.
