Vehicle Description
This is a 1990 Lexus LS 400 4dr. This Lexus comes with a clean California title, smog certificate, and current registration. This item is being sold by a charity and we have no history on the car. The body is slightly scratched up but straight. The rear quarter panels both sides have large rub marks (see pics). The paint is in good shape, all glass is fine, the wheels and tires may need to be replaced soon as tread is a little low. The trunk is clean with a good spare and all tools. The engine compartment is clean as well. The body has lots of minor scratches that are evident at certain angles. The inside is in fair shape but could use some cosmetic work. The carpets and floor mats have some stains. The leather seats have some wear marks but no rips or tears. The headliner and dash are in good shape. The door panels have some wear marks but are ok. All of the power options appear to work fine, The A/C works but is not very cold. This Lexus appears to be run ok, it has not been driven extensively by us but appears to shift, accelerate, and break fine. The car also comes with all manuals and lots of service records kept by last owner. No Reserve. The buyer must pick up this item no later than 7 days after the end of the auction. I am currently out of the office until July 10th; I will answer all emails when I return. Please bid accordingly.
Winning bidder must contact us within 48 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 48 hours we will go forward with the non-paying bidder procedure and sell it otherwise. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. We do collect sales tax for all California buyers. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We do offer contract cancellation options per California law, Should you decide to purchase this option and decide to bring this car back you will receive a full refund less the restocking fee and cancellation option purchase price.
