Summary:
Backed by the impeccable Lexus quality, this is a quiet and very comfortable highway cruiser. Most of its 135,000 miles were driven on highways. I am selling this jewel since we need a minivan for our growing family.
Powertrain:
4.0L DOHC V-8, 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, rear-wheel drive.
Mechanical Electrical Condition:
This vehicle has been perfectly maintained and garaged. I have always used Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil. Bosch Platinum +4 spark plugs were installed at 90,000 miles. Its engine runs smoothly and consumes no oil and has no visible under-body leaks. It is very fuel efficient for a V-8 and I get from 26 to 28 MPG during my trips between Las Vegas from Southern California (cruising at 70-75 mph, on 91-octane fuel).
Timing belt was replaced at 110,000 miles and the old part still looked new with no cracks nor tears. I have not had a single mechanical or electrical problem. The front tires have been replaced at 125,000 miles.
Notes:
The radio's display is not showing legible texts (see picture) but all its functions (AM/FM, cassette, 6-CD changer) are unaffected. Besides the garbled radio display, all electronics mechanics (climate control, power seats, moon roof, power windows) are functioning perfectly.
Interior:
The vehicle's interior is very clean. I do not smoke and mostly drive alone with windows closed. Climate control works flawlessly.
Exterior:
It has original dual-tone paint with no visible fading. Except from the scratch on the rear driver side bumper (see picture) the body is in excellent condition.
