No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: ALL BUYERS ARE CHARGED A DOCUMENTATION FEE OF $249.00 AND GROSS RECEIPTS TAX OF 3%(STATE CODE 58-1-3734). PLEASE REVIEW ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ONLY $1000 OF PURCHASE PRICE MAY BE APPLIED TO A CREDIT CARD, REMAINING BALANCE SHOULD BE IN THE FORM OF CASH OR CASHIER'S CHECK.
Successful high bidder should telephone AJ Jackson at 804-323-8000 within 48 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within 48 hours following the end of auction,a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit of the final selling price shall be received via cashiers check, certified funds or credit card. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers and non-paying bidder procedures will be initiated through Ebay. All financial transactions should be completed within 7 days of auction ending in the form of cashiers check or certified funds. Lexus of Richmond discloses as much information as possible, but please note these are not "new" vehicles and are being sold well under retail price. We welcome and encourage pre-purchase,onsite inspections by competent parties. Out-of-State bidders are encouraged to send by local family members, friends or inspectors prior to bidding. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made on buyers behalf. Virginia buyers must pay sales tax and motor vehicle fees . All buyers are charged a documentation fee of $249.00 and gross receipts tax of 3% (state code 58-1-3734), Out-of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states. All items have been professionally inspected and every effort made to disclose its defects. In most cases we can assist the buyer with financing for the vehicle and the purchasing of warranties.(the price of which is not reflected in the final bid).
