EBAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Fee and Tax Information: Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and $97 administrative fee. There is also a $49 document fee that applies to all transactions. Illinois residents must pay sales tax and pay for transfer of title and plates ($80) or transfer of title and purchase new plates ($143). Non-Illinois residents should verify tax and title procedures with your state. As of February 1,2005 we are required to collect sales tax for the following states: Arizona (5.60%), California (6.25%), Florida (6.00%), Hawaii (4.00%), Indiana (6.25%), Massachusetts (5.00%), Michigan (6.00%), South Carolina (5.00% up to a maximum of $300). If the tax percentage is higher when you register the vehicle in your state, then you might be required to pay the difference. You will NOT be taxed twice. 7 day temporary registration is available to non Illinois residents ($25). As a courtesy service to our clients, we offer free airport pickups.
1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement.
2. Villa Autohaus reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Villa Autohaus reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, Villa Autohaus shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
3. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected.
4. All members with zero (0) feedback must contact Villa Autohaus prior to bidding to obtain approval to bid.
5. Bidder must be 18 years or older.
6. Successful high bidder MUST contact Villa Autohaus within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.
7. Successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within two business days of the auction ending.
8. All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) days of auction ending.
9. If transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit, unless other arrangements have been made with the consent of Villa Autohaus.
10. Villa Autohaus has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.
11. Villa Autohaus welcomes a buyers inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
12. This vehicle is being sold 'as is'. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturers warranties may still apply. Extended warranty may be available please contact us for details.
If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, please inquire with us about the rate. We will gladly arrange the delivery to your door.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
