You are bidding on a 1956 Lincoln Premier 2 door hardtop. Work was started on this car but it ended up in storage and has been for about ten years. All of the body work is complete and was done by a professional body shop. There was very little rust in the car when the work was started. All of the sheet metal was is good shape with the exception of the front fenders which were replaced by a nice set of rust free ones. All of the trim, bumpers, etc. come with the car. It should all be there but I cannot promise you that. I have looked through everything and can no find anything missing, but I could have overlooked something too. The ser. # is 56WA4114L, style # is BY60B, and the body specif. # is 89-611-F11-51. This car spent most of it's life in Idaho until it came to Utah about 12-15 years ago. It has always been stored inside while here and not driven much. The engine is not the original. It now has a mercury engine in it that sound very good. The carburetor will need to be rebuilt, but it does start, run, and drive. There are no brakes but the emergency brake does work so you can yard drive it. I have included a few pictures of what this car would look like if it was painted back to the original color. The interior will need to be completely redone. 3 of the 4 power windows work, and the power seat goes forward and back but not up or down. The windshield is cracked as well as some of the side glass. The hood ornament and the trunk ornament have been replated. I am starting the bidding at what was spent to get the body work done over ten years ago. I also have listed on ebay a 57 Lincoln that has the correct engine and factory air. You could buy this car for a parts car. If you have any questions please email me. I would like this car removed within 2 weeks after the auction ends. Thanks for bidding.
