This is a 1979 Lincoln continental custom lowrider.
This vehicle has no rust and has had a brand new custom pearl blue paint job done on it and custom body work also done on it (like shaved sides no mouldings,no vinyl roof, and a customized front bumper)
The suspension was lowered .(no airbags)
It has brand new 18 inch Chrome centreline wheels with brand new 245-40-18 nankang tires.
The sound system consists of 3 12inch subs with one 4 channnel Kenwood amplifier to power the subs and another 2 channel MTX amplifier to power the pioneer 3way speakers and a capacitor cap.The system is very powerful.It also has alot of dynamat installed in the trunk,most of it not viewable in the pics.
JVC mp3 Headunit with motorized faceplate.
The exhaust is dual straight pipes with catalytic converters.
The vehicle also has a customized steering wheel .
Aftermarket clear headlights with hid bulbs.
This vehicle has fully functional large sunroof also.
This vehicle has no accidents.The vehicle overall is very clean and was bought from a family friend by us in 2002 .He had bought it from the first owner when it had just 10000kms .
The car has no rust and has no mechanical problems .The original chrome is in very good shape,people ask if i got it rechromed(the mirriors have a little pitting which doesnt look bad to me).Ever since the new paint job the car has never been out in the rain.
The motor is original and runs perfectly fine. The engine bay is very clean.The battery is New.
The interior(carpet, cloth seats ,dashboard, door panels) is all origional and is in mint condition for a car of this age.
Over all this car was very well taken care of by us and also the previous owner.It turns heads wherever it goes.This finish of this car is fabulous and nothing competes with it.
We have to let it go because we are running out of parking space. If you add up all the costs to make all these custom modifications and also the value of the vehicle you can very well figure out how much it cost to build such a vehicle.(We had put $20,000 into this vehicle)
