The Internet has made possible what was never possible before. We can now actually find our dream cars or the cars of our youth or the car we always wished we would have bought. This 1977 Lincoln Continental Mark V Coupe is one of those automobiles ! This Lincoln Mark V is very original and very beautiful and has been lovingly owned by one family since it was brand new ! It comes with the original owners manual and warranty facts book. Our last Mark V went to Australia a couple of months ago and the one before that went to Tokyo, Japan. What a good value this vehicle is at the reserve price! Yes it is a real head turner! It is tough to find a nice Classic Lincoln in the first place let alone a Mark V in this kind of shape. This beauty has a sharp appearance and even sports the original code "AF" Cordovan cloth interior ! The ODO shows 97,795 miles which is the actual miles. The vehicle has the ORIGINAL 460 CID V8 motor in it and running very well. The engine is backed by a smooth code "U" C6 three speed automatic transmission which also functions well. The ORIGINAL Interior is nice with a beautiful instrument cluster and dash pad, nice cordovan cloth front seats, nice cordovan cloth rear bench seat, nice door panels, nice carpeting, nice headliner and sun visors with dual illuminated visor mirrors and a nice original steering wheel . Original and loaded to the gills, including automatic climate control heater air conditioning system, power brakes, power steering, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, power windows, power locks, hideaway headlights, dual remote chrome exterior mirrors, 6 way power drivers seat, rear window defroster, remote trunk lid release, delayed wipers and a great sounding Alpine Am Fm stereo cassette player with factory power antenna. The original clock has stopped working. This car is ready to go. The vehicle has great looks and the motor puts out plenty of smooth power as well! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension, front and rear end are in nice working order with good shocks, brakes, etc... This vehicle is in beautiful condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a nice example of a sought after and hard to find vintage luxury car. If you have been looking but can not find a great Mark worthy of your hard earned money look NO further because this is the one! The code "6P" cream yellow exterior finish on the vehicle is BEAUTIFUL and shows very well for its age with less than expected chips, scratches, etc... The ORIGINAL factory wire wheel covers and radial tires are good as well. This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. I looked underneath and also included photos below. This is a nice solid vehicle and it has plenty of good looks to boot without the rot you commonly find in this genre of classic ! In my opinion the original floor boards on this car are about as good as you can get as you can see in the pictures below !! Fee and Tax Information: Idaho residents must pay 6% sales tax and $8.00 title fee. We have no other fees or hidden charges.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.We prefere bank to bank wire transfers as they are safest for you and us.We do not accept any paypal payments. A 25% deposit is due within 3 days of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
