BIDDING
Bidding on our auction makes you a party in a legally binding contract for sale and purchase of this vehicle. This contract is described in the User Agreement, which you accepted, when registering on Ebay. If you do not intend to buy, do not have financing, or do not understand the Ebay User Agreement, PLEASE DO NOT BID!
Be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding. We respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. Bidders with ZERO feedback, or 5+ negatives must contact us prior to bidding, or have their bids cancelled.
SALES TERMS
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close, via phone or email. A $500 deposit is due within 48 hours. Full payment is due within 7 days. Vehicle pickup to occur within 14 days. If you cannot adhere to these terms, the car will be sold to the next highest bidder, or re-listed.
TAXES
Purchase price is the final price at end of auction close, PLUS applicable state tax, tag, and title fees. Tag and Title fees usually run under $200.00. West Florida Auto is required to collect 6% sales tax on all purchases by Florida Residents, plus any discretionary sales tax, based on your county of residence. Non-Florida Residents are required to pay any tax, tag, and title fees for the in state in which you reside.
WARRANTY
This is a USED vehicle being is sold AS-IS, where is, with no warranty expressed, written or implied.
SHIPPING
Buyer is solely responsible for vehicle shipping. We will be happy to arrange transport with your shipper. West Florida Auto does NOT provide transport services. We recommend Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS), 866-298-4221. Cars must be shipped within 14 days of auction close.
PICK UP
If you would like to get your car in person, we can pick you up from the Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) or Fort Myers Downtown Greyhound Station. Please let us know when to expect you.
INSPECTION
We encourage you to check out your car before you buy. Order a Carfax Vehicle History Report and compare car values on KBB.com. Pre-bid inspections are welcome. If you are in the local area and would like to see the car or take a test drive, send us an email and we will arrange it.
FINANCING
West Florida Auto does NOT provide financing. Please have financing ready or available funds prior to bidding. We accept cash, postal money order, wire transfer, or certified check from a national bank. If you need a car loan, we recommend HBSC, Capital One Auto Finance, LendingTree.com or E-Loan.
