BUYER REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDING TO PROTECT OUR REGULAR BUYERS
Must have a Feedback Score of 12+ AND be on eBay for at least 90+ days otherwise we reserve the right to CANCEL YOUR BIDS
Buyers with LESS then 12+ Feedbacks AND less than 90 days must get Prior Bidding Approval by emailing us FIRST or CALLING US at 330-769-4333
The reason for Buyer Requirements is we have too many 0-10 Feedback buyers who waste our and our clients time with no intentions to pay or the inability to pay, and this helps to protect our Regular Buyers.

NO PAYPAL or American Express, as we process them over the phone at our store MAXIMUM CREDIT CHARGE ALLOWED with Buyers of Feedback LESS THAN 20 & 99% Positive Feedback (ESPECIALLY ON COINS & CURRENCY PURCHASES) is $1000. Unless prior arrangements have been made with us by calling 330-769-4333 and getting prior approval.

As with most sales of this nature, you are buying the items "AS IS". We will make exceptions from time to time "IF" We wrote a completely wrong description (ie. said it was one brand and it was actually another) or failed to either PICTURE the flaws or describe them.
We take MORE PICTURES and Supersize them compared to most sellers, so look carefully at them as what you see is what you will get. ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE the item ends and not AFTER. We try to be very honest in all our listings, but from time to time we may be wrong due to our mistake OR info our clients provide us on those items !!
If a refund is made, we DO NOT refund shipping both ways, only initial amount paid.
UPS / USPS Insurance Claims: We will assist in filing the claim for you and handling the details. ONCE WE GET PAID by them for the claim, we will forward the check you to signed over. This process can take 8 - 12 weeks and that is THEIR TIME FRAME, not ours. We do try to pack well and have very few claims.

We are Licensed and Insured, and therefore MUST COLLECT OHIO SALES TAX (6.5%) if you LIVE in Ohio, or we SHIP to Ohio or you PICK-UP (regardless what state or country you live in) the item at our store.
No Sales Tax is charged if you are out of state or country OR you are a Ohio Licensed Vender buying the item for RESALE. You will need to provide a Blanket Exemption made out to our store with your info and tax id.
FEEDBACK POLICY: It has been our policy for over 5 years to leave feedback for you within 24 hours of receiving yours, with the exception of Holidays, it may be 24-72 hours.
