This vehicle was seized by the Gwinnett County Police Department. We do not have any maintenance history on it. We do not know if it needs any repairs. This vehicle starts and runs. We occasionally have to jump the battery if it sits for several days without running. The transmission is bad. It will not drive forward. It will move in reverse only. Please be prepared to tow this vehicle from our lot. The A/C works and is cold. We have a clear title in hand for this vehicle. The last Georgia Vehicle Emissions Inspection was completed in 2006. It has not been tested for 2008; no guarantee that it will pass. This is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

Dent, scratches, paint chipped on R/R door
Paint chipped/scratched all around - normal wear tear

Full payment in cash or certified funds must be made within 7 business days after close of auction. The County requires PROOF OF INSURANCE if vehicle will be driven off the lot. Insurance not required if vehicle is towed. Purchaser is responsible for transportation from the County Fleet Maintenance lot. Buyer pays all transportation costs. The County is not responsible for and will not make any removal/transportation arrangements. These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Inspections: The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing nothing is omitted. Unless otherwise specified in this invitation the property will be available for inspection at County Fleet Maintenance lot located at 620 Swanson Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Vehicles may be viewed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holiday. Vehicle pick-up will be at the same location and hours.
