CONDITION-This luxurious Lincoln Towncar Cartier Edition is truly a classic that you won’t want to pass up. This vehicles exterior is in great condition and has been cared for well. There is only a small dent, which can be easily removed, from the driver’s side rear door. The paint and Landau top are in good condition and the previous owner must have kept it in a garage. There is one center cap missing from one of the upgraded aluminum rims that needs replaced. The vehicles interior is in good condition with the exception of the front and rear rugs that have a few stains and a few white dots that are on the rear seats. The comfortable leather seats in the front and rear are in good condition and there are no rips or tears. The seats are power and they are equipped with the memory function. There is beautiful burl wood trim on the dash area as well as on each of the doors. The dashboard, gauges and fuel gauge are electronic and look very nice. The premium stereo is nice and is equipped with a 10 cd changer in the trunk. There are cup holders in the center arm rests as well as storage areas in each of the front door arm rests.There is a nice spare in the trunk and this vehicle is being sold “as-is” and there is no warranty.

Fee and Tax Information: Deposit of five hundred dollars must be paid within seven days of the close of the auction. The payment must be either cashiers check or money order paid to "The Village of Carol Stream".
Winning bidder must contact seller within two business days from the close of auction to make arrangements for payment and pickup. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If the winning bidder makes no contact within five business days, the seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or dispose of it at our discretion. A certified or cashier’s check for five hundred dollars must be sent as a deposit within seven days of the auction’s close. Under Municipal Disposal guidelines the seller is not able to offer a “Buy It Now” price. Winning bidder is required to have proper registration and proof of insurance on the vehicle before the seller will allow the vehicle to be driven away. If the vehicle is being towed or removed on a trailer, the insurance and registration requirement will be waived. Final payment and vehicle pickup are due no later than 14 days from close of the auction, unless mutually agreed upon for an extension. Payment will be accepted in the form of cashier’s check or money order. No credit cards or personal checks will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping arrangements for the vehicle. If the vehicle is not picked up within 14 days or the agreed upon time frame, the seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or dispose of it at our discretion. The vehicle is being sold in “as-is” condition. The seller offers no guarantees or warranties against any current or future mechanical problems or vehicle condition. The buyer assumes all risks for the vehicle. The seller will describe the vehicle as accurately as possible. Note: The vehicle was either privately owned and awarded to the seller after a seizure, so the seller is not able to certify the vehicle’s condition, or it was a municipal vehicle previously used by the Village of Carol Stream. If you have any questions about the vehicle, please contact the seller for further information before bidding. The seller reserves the right to cancel bids for excess negative feedback. The seller reserves the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
