Florida Buyers: We are required by Florida law to collect your sales taxes and tag fees. We can transfer you tag or issue a new tag on the spot. No waiting in line! Another bonus!!!!
Out of State international export buyers:Florida state law requires us to collect sales tax for your home state on any vehicle sold that is going to a reciprical tax state. You do not pay sales tax twice. You are supplied with an affadavit that shows you paid tax to us. Florida DMV pays your state. You supply the tax receipt we give you to your DMV.
Export buyers DO NOT PAY SALES TAX.... If and only if, your purchase is moved by truck from our lot to a port of exit. You cannot drive it away. No exceptions. It's the law. Miles must match the odometer statement. Please don't ask us to violate this.
We happlily assist transporters with directions, bill of ladings and pick up inspections.
Deposit:We require a $500 deposit to Paypal immediately upon winning the auction. Or, via credit card via telephone.Please call me to make arrangements for payment if you have any questions
Paying the balance on your purchase:
Payment must be either via cashier's check on U.S. bank or wire transfer. Wire transfer is required on all export and international sales.
