This auction is for a nice clean 2004 Lincoln Town Car. This Town Car has the Signature Series package. It is nicely equipped with leather seats, power drivers and passenger seats, power lumbar support, dual zone climate control, AM/FM/CD/Cassette stereo with steering wheel controls, power adjustable pedals, rear parking sensors, homelink transmitter, traction and stability control, trip computer, 17 inch alloy wheels, and much more. This Lincoln is in very good condition inside and out. I have driven this car over 200 miles and I can assure you that it runs as good as it looks. If you use the buy it now we are including a free 3 month/4,500 mile warranty. History This car was manufactured in February of 2004 and has been registered in NJ ever since. It has a clear title history with no problems whatsoever. This car appears to have been very well maintained. It is Carfax and Autocheck certified. Mechanical This Lincoln is mechanically sound. It runs and drives like a new car. The engine runs smooth and strong. The transmission shifts smooth and crisp with no slipping or hesitation. The tires are matching Michelin's with 50-60% tread left. The brakes have over 50% pad left and stop this car firmly without pulling or vibration. The air conditioning blows ice cold. The underside of the car is dry with no leaks. The steering and suspension are smooth and tight. We have just serviced this car and we also had it Virginia State inspected. This car is ready to drive anywhere. Exterior The exterior of this car is smooth and mirror shiny as you can see from the pictures. The paint is in good condition overall. There are a few minor cosmetic imperfections but they do not detract from the overall excellent appearance of this car. Really the only thing that I could find is a scratch or gouge in the front bumper(see picture) and some paint chips on the edges of the doors. I would rate the exterior of this car a 9 out of 10. Interior The interior of this car is very nice as well. The seats and carpet are clean. This car has been smoked in. We have professionally cleaned it and the odor has been minimized but is still slightly present. With a little time, the remaining odor will disapate. This car comes with two keys and two keyless entry remotes along with the owners manuals and floor mats. The spare tire and tools are in the trunk. The trunk is clean and dry. I would rate the interior a 9 out of 10. This vehicle is Virginia State Inspected and Carfax certified. It qualifies for a nationwide extended warranty for up to 4 years/50,000 miles. If you use the buy it now we will include the first 3 months/4,500 miles free. Our buy it now is set at a fair wholesale price well below trade in book values. Fee and Tax Information: We charge a $100.00 Processing fee. This fee covers title processing and 30 day temporary tags as well as pickup from the local airport or train station. Buyer is responsible for all sales and registration taxes in his/her home state. Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Virginia. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions and the ones in the link to our entire terms and conditions below. We guarantee all titles to be free of any liens and salvage history or odometer problems. Keep in mind that we are a dealer and due to bank payoffs and dealer processing, some titles may take a few days or weeks for processing. We do this as soon as possible and Fed Ex them to you no charge. This is the same as it is with any dealer you buy from. That is why we have 30 day temporary tags and registration for you to drive home on. Please be aware that you are bidding on a used vehicle. There may be light scratches, rock chips, or other normal wear and tear visible on the vehicle. Although we do our best to accurately describe each vehicle that we list, we will occasionally miss something. We will point out any defect that is not normal wear and tear. If possible we will take a picture of it so that you can see it better. Often owners manuals, floormats, and extra sets of keys will be missing. Please feel free to contact us with requests for more pictures of specific areas. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. We accept paypal for the deposit, but if you wish to pay the balance via paypal, you will be responsible for the fees paypal charges.(3%) We prefer wire transfers, bank drafts or cashiers checks for the balance. We will accept personal and business checks but the checks must clear both banks before vehicle and title are released (usually 7-10 days) We also accept loan checks from your bank, credit union, or from online lenders. Your trade-ins are also welcome. Please contact us before the end of the auction if you wish to trade a vehicle. We will not trade vehicles that have salvage or flood history or odometer problems. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. We will be happy to provide your lender with any information they might require.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a shipping service, we can help arrange the pickup and delivery.
