Repaired Cosmetic Issues as Described in the Body of the Ad
Vehicle Condition - - I have not personally inspected or photographed this car. I am relying on the pictures and descriptions provided by the seller. I can tell that this Zephyr rod would make a great addition to any collection. All the classic styling with all of the modern conveniences. Best of both worlds.
In the spirit of full disclosure, the seller wishes to identify 2 minor cosmetic issues which have been repaired:
- The convertible top had a small tear in it which has been professionally repaired and is now barely noticeable (see picture).
- The area where the soft top boot attaches to the car has experienced some discoloration and has been repaired. This area is normally covered when the boot is in place so it is a non-issue.
Both of these issues would be very difficult to see but the seller wants all buyer and bidders to be completely informed.
I invite and encourage any interested party to inspect this car in the New York Metropolitan area. Come and see it personally or hire an inspector to inspect the car.
**If you are considering this car and worried that it will be swiped up by another admiring Ebayer, use the Buy it Now so that you can sleep comfortably at night knowing that the car is yours. Please note that if you hit the Buy it Now by mistake (as has happened in the past), you will be charged a $75 re-listing fee. Bid carefully.
Take advantage of proxy bidding: Don't loose the vehicle at the last minute! There have been many people who have lost bids in the past because they were not familiar with proxy bidding. When you bid, bid the maximum amount that you are willing to spend on the vehicle. Each time someone bids higher than your last bid, eBay will automatically increment your bid by the minimum bid amount until it reaches your maximum. Don't get stuck loosing a good deal!
