This is a restored 1976 MG Midget. It has 62,717 miles on the odometer. The body is in excellent condition with a few minor stone chips in the paint. The convertible top has a small tear in the left rear, (see picture). The interior frame of the drivers seat is broken and will not adjust easily up and back but still is useable. The engine is sound and runs well. It has been well maintained and never driven in bad weather since I have had it. I have always kept it in the garage. It has good tires with lots of tread. The battery and alternator are new. An optional, removable vinyl hardtop is included.
This is a great little car that will get you well over 30 mpg. I would not hesitate to drive it across country.
The vehicle is located in Cody Wyoming. There are several reputable mechanics here locally if you wish to have it checked out at your expense. I encourage you to come and drive this little car to be able to appreciate it. Delivery in available by several carriers, but Cody is just 54 miles from Yellowstone National Park and about 30 miles from the scenic Chief Joseph Highway and the most beautiful highway in the United States, the Beartooth Scenic Highway. Give some thought to flying in and picking this car up and enjoying a beautiful trip before you head home. Delta and United Airlines fly into Cody twice a day, or several airlines serve Billings Montana, just 100 miles north. You are welcome to see the vehicle anytime, but please call first.
I can pick you up at Cody airport (Yellowstone Regional Airport) with no problem. If you fly into Billings, I may be able to pick you up, but would need to make arrangements in advance.
