Hello and welcome to the sale of my 1969 MGC roadster.
I purchased the car about 20 years ago with the view of restoring it. How ever as with most things time passed and I did not get round to it so there for it sat in my work shop dry and safe.
The vehicle is complete and will be an easy restoration. It includes feachers like original alloy bonnet in excelent condition. The vehicle is only missing the front bumper gaurds and the windscreen washer reserviour.
There are some minor holes in the floor that will need to be adressed. They are in the area of the passenger seat and under the pedels. Iit will also need new lower rockers, doglegs and lower front wing replacment.Some of these panels are included in the sale. The trunk floor is solid,just dis-colored. The car has never been wrecked, as both the front grill and rear boot panel areas are also perfect. Original rear deck lid, not drilled for luggage rack.
The motor is free and turning and is mated with the very rare automatic gearbox. Extra smog equiptment is supplied to compete a correct restoration.I believe the mileage is correct, as the orginal muffer is still fitted.
The car comes with a whole list of exta bits, that can be seen in the pictures.Clear California title, along with non-operated status paperwork in my name.
Transportation is to be arranged and payed by the buyer. Will assist with loading. Sold as is where is. Payment in US dollars. $1000.00 deposit due in three days, and full payment is to be made seven days after auction closes.Accepted method of payment are, cash,direct deposit or cashiers check. All funds will need to clear before vehicle is removed.Will store for a short period of time.( Please discuss your needs piour to auctions end. )
