DAVESHOUZE, CARZ
About four years ago, Pam and I started Daveshouze to sell Mazda Miata convertible tops. It grew to also include other car tops and is doing quite well.
Since then, we bought a Historic Cotton Mill to convert to condos. The economy has not been kind and we found ourselves with a need to increase cash flow to support the project. We added carz to our marketing and took out a State License to sell them.
This brings us today to marketing Miatas and other Carz on eBay. We promise to bring you only offerings that will be:

MECHANICALLY SOUND and
HONESTLY DESCRIBED.

Today's Listing:
1993 RED MIATA
We bought this Miata as an unfinished project from an individual in Florida along with two disassembled Miatas (missing many pieces). It was a good deal for us both as the project had stalled and we needed inventory.
MECHANICALLY:
We replaced the battery, clutch slave cylinder, plugs, wires, filters,oil, fresh fuel, A/C compressor, and charged the air. It needed little to awaken it from a five year long sleep. The engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, brakes are all in good working order. The tires match and have 70-80% tread life left.
EXTERIOR:
The body had light damage to the front suffering the replacement of the hood, front bumper, and one fender. There was no inner fender, radiator core support, or structural damage or replacement. I'm not 100% happy with the fit of the fender and hood. The gaps are uneven, but that is just the way it turned out. This is not a show quality job, but rather a "driver quality" rehab. The paint is new, but again, "driver quality". It looks good from 5 feet away, but has some minor flaws.
A new Three Window Haartz Cabrio Vinyl, Kee Auto Top was installed and looks great.
INTERIOR:
We replaced the seats with some from a 96 Miata parts car and they look good. There is the typical light wear on the driver's bolster.
Pam donated a new Jensen cassette stereo and speakers to it. There is a long thin split on the right side of the dash. Carpet and door panels are good.
I ran an AutoCheck on the car and it came back clean with every indication that the mileage is correct. If you would like a copy, send me your email address.
Because of the low mileage, this should make someone an inexpensive, economical (26-29MPG) fun car. Miatas really are fun to drive and this one is no exception.
Will it drive home? My best guess is yes, but that is just my opinion. Would I take it across country or put Pam in it to go a long distance? The answer is yes, absolutely. This is a good car.
I must, however, tell you that it IS SOLD AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY. Sorry about that, but that is just the way it is.
Lastly, Apple, the Moluccan Cockatoo liked it too! He even put a deposit on it. Ruffo the Macaw was unimpressed. Oh well.

To protect our auction customers, if you have a feedback rating of 10 or less, you must call us at 864-529-0029 before bidding. Your bid may be cancelled if you do not.
A deposit of $500 must be made within 24 HOURS of the end of the sale by Paypal or Bank Wire Transfer with the final payment due in no more than 7 days. Deposits may be refundable if the item is not as described or under special circumstances at our discretion.
All sales are final.
There is no warranty on any car expressed or implied by Daveshouze, LLC.
An aftermarket warranty may be purchased separately on some carz.
All deliveries are at our location in Beautiful Spartanburg, South Carolina 29307.
Pick up or Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Every car must be paid for in full before the car leaves our location.
Final payment by Paypal, CASH IN PERSON, or BANK Wire Transfer is encouraged. Other forms of payment, such as personal check or bank cashier's check are accepted, but will require the car to be held until funds are cleared by our bank.
Sales made in South Carolina will have a $50 document fee charged to cover the cost of title work. Unfortunately, time is money.
Sales to individuals in some other states will require sales tax to be charged at the time of delivery. Sorry about that.
