The vehicle is a 1988 RX7 GXL with over $30K dollars invested. Read on to see what it has. Complete the the fuel system and your good to go. Tank is installed, needs fuel pump and lines. Will need down pipe for the 5 inch turbo outlet. I have the adapter but you will need to fit down pipe to exhaust. You will also need to install the Haltech and tune.
The original idea was to build a killer street drift machine. November 22, 2006 Ortiz Racing ran their green RX-7 thru the quarter in 7.55@178MPH . NO telling what this bad boy will do, but all fuel management, turbo, intercooler, and suspension is setup to kick butt. Body has 103K on it but its been completely gone through. If you know anything about the cost of setting up a race car like this one, and MAY I say a streetable race car, you know that this one will turn heads.
All of the body parts and paint are good quality fit and finish. I'd say it is about a 8.5-9 overall. Polished up at the street shows, this thing will turn heads. The turbo is HUUUUUGE, and with the polished motor it looks great.
Now this motor was done by Ortiz Racing, with all the goodies and tricks they do. It has zero hours on it so it will need break in and tuning. I do not recommend driving it home. It will need some break in and dyno time before its ready to go.

QUESTIONS ASKED BY A FEW BIDDERS
The term finish the car is relative to who owns it. A 10 second Supra with a stock stereo, isn't finished for some...but all done for others. It would be impossible for me to list every conceivable item needed. Keep in mind this car has a bunch of money in it, you are getting it all for big discount. This car was completely disassembled and put back together with mostly new parts. The entire suspension will need to be adjusted as there area adjustable hard plates and parts that are tunable. With regard to wheel clearance, at present the car turns lock to lock, but the right tire just barely strikes the fender flare due to the caster not being adjusted. You can see by the pictures that the area around the tires have room for adjustment. Once you set all camber, caster and toe for all four wheels, you will be good to go with no rubs.
Some of the parts needed to finish this project to make it drivable are:
* Complete fuel system. You have all the Haltech stuff but you still need a good fuel pump, hoses, regulator, and fuel rails) This will cost -/+ $1000.00 depending on who does it and what you use for supplies.
* 4 down pipe - cost will be at the most $300 to $400
* Clutch disc - $100 to $120 depending on what Stage you buy. I recommend at least a Stage 3.
* Headlights - 2 options on the headlights: either use the original flip/ups or, I am including a pair of dual round headlight with angel eyes that need a bracket made (you can make this your self) and just have the headlight cover fixed open at half way. I am including the motors and the projectors and will just leave them both in the vehicle so you can make de decision for yourself on how you want to finish it.
* Cosmetic stuff and misc. trim - from Ebay and the junk yard like all projects.
