7- In the state of Texas, Banks, Auctions and lenders hold Titles to vehicles as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original Titles up to 29 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While I usually have all titles in my possession at closing, there occasions where I may be waiting for them to arrive. So please have that in mind.
8- Please allow 72 Bussniss hours after the funds have been recived before a winning bid vehicle can be delivered or picked up depending on our detailers ability to satisfy our needs and make-ready limitations. We appreciate your patience in allowing us time if needed to complete our final delivery prep and make-ready.

During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and blemishes as can be expected on any used vehicle. We do not inspect Brakes Pads and Rotors, it Is the buyer responsibility as long as they meet the safety standard outlined by Texas law inspection so please keep in mind that they could need attention or it could need new parts. We cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for these issues. Typically a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more blemishes than one that is 2 years old. As with most pre-owned vehicles, minor wear may be discernable and degree of wear is often related to age of the vehicle. All our vehicles are pre-owned and may have minor dings or rock chips.
12- You may find minor items and services that will need attention. I do my very best to describe all of my cars as best as I can. Please remember that Books, Extra keys, Remote Entry keys, CD Cartridges, Floor Mats, etc. do not always remain with vehicles through ownership transfers, if they are with the vehicle It will be mentioned above in the description and we will of course pass them along. We cannot be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or electronic store.
