I have had this rig fully serviced including and oil change and a 4 wheel alignment. It runs and drives great and the AC blows ice cold. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. We require a $1000 deposit with in 72 hours of the close of this sale. The deposit may made via PAYPAL, bank to bank wire transfer, certified check or credit card. Full payment is required with in 7 days or when the truck leaves my lot.

TAGS AND TITLE AND TAXES
A Tennessee 30 day temp tag is complimentary with every purchase. You will receive clear and unencumbered title with in 30 days of the delivery of your purchase. We are a licensed and bonded used car dealer in Memphis Tn. We have a bricks and motor store and have been in business for over 10 years....you don't have to worry about us...we will deliver what we promise. We do not charge any sales tax on out of state buyers...we are required by law to charge and collect sale tax on any Tn resident.
STOREAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
We will gladly store your purchase for up to 60 days for free (after full payment) and can assist in arranging transport for your purchase. We work closely with Lone Star Brokering to arrange transportation. DELIVERY We will be more than happy to pick you up at the airport or train station. We will work with you any way we need to. We try to deliver our vehicles during normal business hours but we will be glad to work with you on sat, sun, and early evening deliveries.
DEFECTS AND DISCLOSURE
This vehicle runs good, drives good, and is in great condition, but with any used vehicle minor wear may appear under close scrutiny, this includes small sand or rock chips and (or) miniscule scratches . We endeavor to deliver accurate descriptions but, please note, this is a used car, which as nice as it may be, it is not brand new. We are committed to selling quality vehicles and want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We will do our best to describe any flaws or defects in our listings. LOCAL SALE
All of our vehicles are locally advertised and displayed for sale on our lot (MEMPHIS AUTO SALE 2505 SUMMER AVE MEMPHIS TN 901-327-9005). We reserve the right to end this auction at any time due to a local sale. . Even though we reserve the right to end the auction early, I want to be very clear..... I WILL NOT END THE AUCTION IN THE LAST 24 HOURS to sell outside of Ebay. That would be unfair to the Ebayers that take the time to follow the auction and take the time to come out and inspect the truck.
