For sale is a 1991 Mercedes Benz 190E 2.6L with approx. 211,000 miles. I bought the car at about 175,000 miles and am selling because I am buying a new car due to the new addition to the family and need a larger vehicle. I just replaced the fan clutch, belt, belt tensionor and the water pump housing ( I believe that is what it was called ) ( Approx. $600 ). I also replaced both tie rods and the center muffler within the past 6 months. The interior is in fairly good condition, as you can see in the pictures the drivers door panel has a cut on it and the drivers seat has a bit of wear on it. The rest of the interior is very clean, I do not like to have a dirty car so I have cleaned it regularly. All the functions on both front seats work properly ( usually the head rest stop working on these cars ). All the windows go up and down perfectly. I installed an aftermarket Pioneer CD player which works great ( The sub in the trunk is NOT included ). The cruise control works, all the vent buttons work properly and the heat works properly. While installing the fan clutch and other parts the mechanic said it was inevitable to break the A/C condensor tube to get to the fan because it is made of aluminum, the A/C did work before that though. The sun roof recently stopped working, I went to open it and heard a "POP" and it stopped working, I had to push it back shut and it is sealed and does not leak. Now for the exterior, the body is in great shap with no or very very little rust, as you can see in the pictures the clear coat has worn off on the roof and trunk but you cant tell from 20ft away. Wheels are in good shape. The tires will be fine for the summer months but will need to be replaced before winter. I have had the oil changed every 3,000 miles and changed the plugs and wires in the spring ( wires have LLT at autozone ). The coolant was just replaced when the fan clutch was replaced. The car starts right up and runs strong, it has plenty of power. The tranny shifts perfectly with absolutly no slipping. The battery was replaced last year as well as the brake pads. Valid NYS inspection. I have set the auction to start at $1,200 with no reserve, I believe the car has alot of miles left on it as long as it is taken care of. I have told you everything about this car because I want it to move. My name is Alex and my phone number is 845-401-3451, I am availible 7-19, 7-20, 7-23, and 7-24 for anyone to come and look at the car but you can call me anytime if you have any questions. Please only bid if you are serious about buying the car. An immediate deposit of $300 is needed at the time the auction ends. I also have the car for sale locally and reserve the right to end the auction at any time if someone wants it.
