Vehicle Description
1959 Mercedes Benz 190Diesel, PONTON body style, parts car included in auction. Very close to being ready for paint and reassembly just a repair to the drivers floor, small repair on the passengers floor and finish prep of the exterior surfaces.. If you are familiar with these cars then you will know the usual hidden rust areas such as suspension pickup points, lower sections of the a-pillars, door bottoms etc. I discovered rust behind the closing panel on the passenger side a-pillar, ordered replacement sheet metal parts from Germany and repaired. Other areas are in good to very good condition. Car starts, shifts and brakes.
