Leather Seats in good shape
A piece of trim from the passenger side rear door is missing but is in the trunk
If you are not familiar with the 260e, it is the same as a 300e but with a smaller motor and was later replaced with the much smaller 190e.
This vehicle looks good and the interior is in great shape. There is an issue with the exhaust as it smokes after it has been driven for a while. We were not aware of this when we purchased it and we have done repairs to attempt to remedy the problem. This 260e has new injectors and fuel sending unit which is what the mechanic told us would fix the problem. Unfortunately it didn’t and it looks like the catalytic converter may need to be replaced. We are far to busy to spend much time or money on this and we have already purchased a new car for my wife, so this one has to go. Our loss is your gain as we already have about $2000 in this car / repairs.
This Mercedes has an Indiana Title, type NORMAL but is Branded as a Rebuilt Vehicle. The title is in hand and will be delivered to the winning bidder when the car is picked up and all payments have been made.
