THIS CAR DRIVES EXCELLENT, HAS A VERY CLEAN INTERIOR, AND HAS NEW TIRES ALL AROUND ! THE CAR RUNS LIKE A TOP, AND HANDLES VERY NICE. THE CLIMATE CONTROL WORKS GREAT AND THE AC BLOWS COLD ! ALL THE WINDOWS WORK, THE CRUISE CONTROL WORKS, THE POWER SUNROOF WORKS FINE. THE LEATHER INTERIOR IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND THIS 560 HAS THE HEATED SEATS AND RARE RECLINING REAR SEAT ! THE BODY IS STRAIGHT AND VIRTUALLY FREE FROM RUST, THERE IS A SMALL SPOT ON THE REAR FENDER (SEE PICS). THE PAINT HAS SOME FADING AND IS SHOWING ITS AGE BUT STILL CLEANS UP NICE AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES. I RAN THE AUTOCHECK REPORT (SAME AS OR MORE COMPLETE THAN CARFAX) AND IT IS AUTOCHECK ASSURED WITH A HIGH OVERALL SCORE OF 80 (THE AVG 87 560 SEL SCORES ONLY 24 TO 55 !) OWNERS OF THESE CARS REPORT EXCELLENT FUEL ECONOMY OF OVER 20 HIGHWAY MPG ! ( I DROVE THIS CAR ON A 400 MILE TRIP RECENTLY AND ALMOST 22 MPG ! First off, the cars we list average 17 years old! Our descriptions are based on our basic inspections of the vehicle. Descriptions of cosmetic condition are based on our opinion of what we see may differ from your opinion. We have worked with hundreds of vehicles and base our comments on comparison. A vehicle that is described as "Mint", "Excellent", "Perfect", etc, is described that way based on similar vehicles of that age and mileage. No used car is 100% perfect, no matter how well it was cared for. Remember that small blemishes or issues may exist that we have not noted. We do not examine every car with a microscope, so small dings, scratches, chips, loose trim, loose headliners, missing radio buttons, etc may not be noted, and we will not discount a vehicle because something like this is not noted in the description. We also may not mention a cosmetic flaw that is clearly visible in the pictures. Please look at all of the pictures carefully, as they are part of the vehicles description. Unless otherwise noted above, the vehicle is in running, drivable condition, although we can never make any guarantees nor do we warrant any vehicle to pass a state inspection in ANY state unless noted otherwise in the auction description.
Concerns and/or issues may exist with this vehicle (including but not limited to mechanical and/or cosmetic) that are not listed in the description. We make every effort to fully disclose any major mechanical issues we find with a vehicle (engine, transmission, safety), but others may and most likely still exist. Our descriptions, including vehicle features, are listed as accurately as possible, although we are not responsible for typographical errors in the listing. We cannot/will not guarantee systems like Air Conditioning. A vehicle’s air conditioning system may operate fine when we check the vehicle and the not when you come and pick it up. This happens if a system has a small leak that we have no way of knowing about, especially when a vehicle sits. We will not reimburse for or perform any air conditioning system repair on any vehicle, even if the system is listed as working and it does not when you pick up the vehicle. This also applies to power options (windows, locks, seats, mirrors, radios, climate control, entertainment systems, etc)
