This 2001 Mercedes-Benz C320 is in good condition both inside and out. It runs, shifts and drives very well, and its absolutely loaded with luxury features.
It's a one owner lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't seen the road salt and harsh conditions of northern roads.
The exterior is in very good shape, and the paint shines like new all around. There are no notable dents or dings on the car.
Mercedes Benz calls this color Desert Silver Metallic It is commonly referred to as beige metallic or Champagne
Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems.
Exterior features include fog lamps and alloy wheels.
Note: there is a trim piece missing from the lower part of the bumper, between the fog lamps. we are having that replaced.
The interior is in very good condition. The leather seats have no rips, burn marks, or tears. The carpets and door panels are also in very good shape.
Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory.
Please note that this car has not yet been cleaned, but it will be detailed before it is delivered.
This luxury sedan features plenty of space for rear passengers. Rear seat passengers have their own

This Mercedes has some nice convenience features: power windows, locks, and mirrors; BOSE AM/FM/Cassette stereo; cold dual-zone air conditioning; power tilt telescopic wheel; programmable gate/garage opener and much more.
The automatic transmission has a manual shift mode.
Safety features include dual air bags, front and rear side air bags, traction stability control and ABS.
There is a power glass moonroof and a power rear sunshade.

The trunk is clean and large.
The 3.2 liter V6 runs well, rated at 215 hp and 221 lb-ft of torque.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida. We are a division of Coral Springs Auto Mall, located near Ft Lauderdale, FL.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on.
The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days.
We do not reveal our reserve prices, sorry. Our reserve prices are set realistically, usually between wholesale and retail price. We prefer to see all auctions through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.
Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Payment/Fees
We will add a $299 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We will accept PayPal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.
If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. We DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
Important tax info:
If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.
If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
