We will stop the eBay auction at any time, upon reciept of a $2000 deposit. All of our cars are for sale locally at our retail showroom. We reserve the right to sell the vehicle to the first customer who purchases the vehicle regardless of the status of the eBay auction, unless we have a deposit.
We work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. EBAY buyers are encouraged to inspect the car before they bid. Before placing a bid, please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all of the pictures closely.
If this Great Car is not exactly the way it was described in the ad, or if the EBAY purchaser is not 100% satisfied for any reason at all, they do not have to purchase the vehicle and their entire deposit will be refunded for up to 36 hours after the end of the EBAY auction with out negative feedback.
The deposit or the purchase amount will become non-refundable after 36 hours from the end of the eBay auction or the instant the vehicle leaves our property. We will hold a car for an EBAY buyer, only with a deposit.
There is a $299 dealer administration fee charged on every car sold to US or Canada, $599 for every car sold internationally.
Georgia residents must pay 6% Georgia sales tax. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
