Customer Delivery Policy
A qualified Crown delivery specialist must be present at the time of delivery to the end user.
When a vehicle is sold or leased through an outside leasing company or broker, both that company and the end user must sign a crown anti-export policy agreement.
An anti-export policy myst be signed by all clients of Crown Eurocars.
Crown Eurocars must be furnished a copy of the retail sales order or lease contract with the end user's signature.
Crown Eurocars must be funashed a copy of the end user's driver's license and proof of insurance on the sold vehicle.
Crown Eurocars must be furnished a copy of the registration of the vehicle in the end user's name.
Titling and registration are processed according to normal procedures and can take up to 4 weeks. No open MSO's or quick titles will be granted.
Due to the severe monetary penalties imposed on the dealership for exported vehicles, there are no exceptions to Crown Eurocars delivery policy.
