All my offerings are put through a service/safety check by a professional mechanic to be sure they are safe and road worthy. This includes an oil change and an inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, cooling system, fluid levels, etc. Of course, every vehicle will ride and drive with the engine, transmission and suspension performing as expected. If you would prefer to have a third party inspect the car before bidding, I am most willing to help you facilitate that. I know of several shops in town that will deal with you directly or you are welcome to locate one on your own. Either way, I will deliver the car there for you and pick it up after inspection for no extra charge. Of course, the shop would charge a nominal fee and would bill you directly, but I will even reimburse your inspection charges if you end up buying the vehicle!!!
I know it can be hard to buy a vehicle that you can't see in person, so I will do my best to present it as well as I possibly can through pictures and accurate description. What you will get from me is an honest, down to earth presentation with any cosmetic or known mechanical issues disclosed. If you have been looking for a premium pre-owned sporty automobile, then you definitely need to check out this gorgeous 1999 Mercedes Benz CLK 430 with the sport AMG Appearance package!! What a beautiful vehicle and with just 39K miles!!!!Recently traded in at a new car dealership, this two owner Mercedes is all ready for its next owner! According to the Autocheck Report, this vehicle was originally purchased in Massachusettes but was brought to Florida and registered here when it only had 2,000 miles! That most likely means it was purchased by one of Florida's many seasonal residents who spend summers up north and winters in Florida before they eventually make the permanent move here! What that means for you as a buyer is that this car has most likely never seen any snow or harsh winters. It certainly has no signs of ever being exposed to the snowy/salty roads up north as you won't find any rust on this one. Even the underside is fresh and clean.
Inside and out, this Benz is in excellent condition. The deep black exterior paint still has deep shine and color and looks fantastic. This CLK 430 comes with the AMG Appearance package which includes all the extras to make this car look sharp like the AMG Alloy Wheels. The only exterior issues on this car include a very light 10" crease just above the bumper on the driver's side rear quarter panel. There are no paint chips or breaks in the paint from this crease and it really isn't very noticeable. There are also a couple of tiny rock chips on the hood and front bumper which have all been touched up and are hardly noticeable. Otherwise, the exterior of this Mercedes looks awesome with no dents, dings or scratches and no rust. It is a beautiful car with that garage kept look we all like to find. It's the kind of car you would be proud to have sitting in your driveway!!
The interior of this 1999 CLK 430 is also in excellent condition. The black leather seats are still soft and comfortable and there are no stains on the carpet. The only interior flaw is a very small crack on the dash near the windshield on the passenger's side. Again, its really not noticeable unless you are looking for it. Otherwise, everything power is working perfectly including the power sliding sunroof and the dual power memory seats. This CLK 430 also features power mirrors, power locks with two keyless remotes and power windows. The factory stereo system sounds great through the Bose speakers and features AM/FM radio as well as a 6-disc CD changer located in the trunk. The air conditioning blows ice cold and features climate control. The back seat has a fold down center arm rest which has cupholders and serves as a pass through to the trunk. This Mercedes does everything it was designed to do very well. It's the kind of car I would gladly sell to a friend or family member, so that should tell you something!

The Michelin Pilot Sport tires have about 50% or better treadlife remaining. I have no patience for people wasting my time and ruining my auctions. I promise to be fair to you, please do the same for me. This is not a video game, this is my livelyhood!
All vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. The vehicle will be described as accurately as I can, but remember these are used cars, they will show signs as such. As stated before, each offering is serviced and safety checked before selling, but you are not bidding on brand new cars. There will be parts of the vehicle that are not new! Depending on the age of the vehicle, the various systems involved will be at different levels of wear and there may be the typical, small touched up chips/scratches/blemishes and other signs of normal wear that you would expect on used vehicles. I am sure this is obvious to most people, but I just want to make it clear. I will do my best to describe all the obvious and important things so you have a good idea of what you are buying, but I encourage you to call with any questions you may have before bidding as these vehicles are sold as is. I will be more than glad to walk around the car while on my cell phone and describe everything I see to give you a hands on view. Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, but my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are receved in full, not at the time the vehicle is delivered.
According to Federal guidelines, all vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars, I will.
Payment will be made by cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire transfer. I may accept personal checks or credit card checks, but they MUST clear before delivering the vehicle. A $500.00 deposit will be expected within 3-5 business days following close of auction and remainder paid within 14 business days. If you have a special situation, please feel free to call ahead of time to discuss.
Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida.
Buyer assumes the cost of shipping. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA, I will arrange this for you, and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in and drive home, I will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued.
All titles are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens. If you would like documentation, contact me, and I will get it for you.
Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. I WILL GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ANY FINAL BIDDER THAT REFUSES TO HONOR HIS OR HER OBLIGATION!!!
