You are viewing a gorgeous California Mercedes CLK430 finished in Pewter Metallic with Charcoal Leather Interior and wood walnut trim. This CLK430 was purchased new in Southern California in 2003 by its original owner and has been a Southern California car its entire life. It is loaded with rich leather, Burl Walnut accents throughout the interior, dual climate controls, heated seats, fully automated power top, power everything and premium Bose Audio System with cassette. The 2002 E320 is powered by Mercedes' 4.3-liter V8, generating 275 horsepower. The engine performs perfectly and is silky-smooth, representative of Mercedes' innovative engineering. The engine is stock with no modifications. The engine compartment is clean and the car performs flawlessly.
This Mercedes runs perfect with no issues. The paint and body are in outstanding condition and the car has been carefully kept. The only noticeable blemish is a crack on the front spoiler underneath the front bumper (see picture below), but nothing major to take away from the overall appearance of this beauty. Absolutely no rust anywhere as this has been a Southern California car its entire life. The paint is in outstanding condition and still has a remarkable shine.
The rear trunk compartment and spare tire are mint as well. This Mercedes is fully equipped with a 5-Speed automatic transmission with touch shift, traction control, premium audio system with cassette, dual power heated seats, power top, driver/passenger/side airbags, A/C, climate controls, power windows, power steering, cruise control, Mercedes factory alarm with remote entry, four-wheel ABS brakes and all the luxury amenities one would expect from Mercedes.
All the electronics work perfectly and the air condition is ice cold. All the interior electronics including the power windows, mirror, seats, climate controls all work perfectly. Once inside the cabin, you immediately feel a sense of security and comfort only Mercedes can offer. The interior is in outstanding condition and shows little wear!!! The leather seats are in exellent condition, absolutely no tears anywhere. The dashboard and instrument panel look new, no issues here. The glass and windows look perfect.
Everything works on this Mercedes as it should, with no major issues to note. It is 100% ready to drive. I do accept offers to end the auction early if you would like to call or email me with a reasonable offer. I also advertise locally and all vehicles are for sale to the public. Therefore, I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. I also reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or negative feed back.
PAYMENT
There will be an administrative fee of $199 added to the purchase price. You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check and wire transfer. Sorry, but I do not accept credit cards or Paypal. If you are the winner, a 10% deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter.
IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION
- If you are a California resident, you will be required to pay California's sales tax, smog fee ($50.00) and registration.
- If you are not a California resident and you have the vehicle shipped, I will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
SHIPPING
As far as shipping, there are some qualified transporters who can ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping arrangements should be made between the winning bidder and the transporter. Depending on your destination from vehicle location, delivery costs and estimated times of delivery can vary from shipper to shipper. It's best to get at least a few different quotes. Log onto the following sites for quotes. These are sites that my customers have used in the past and the service has generally been satisfactory. Remember that I don't have a relationship with any of the transporters on these sites so please use your discretion when choosing a carrier.
